Using Microsoft Teams and Azure Communication Services, ABN AMRO created a streamlined meeting experience where customers can book meetings without having to leave their digital banking portal.
Today, the new Teams-based portal is saving time for advisors and customers, building trust, and improving the bank’s Net Promoter Score. And the popularity of video banking has made it possible for the bank to reduce its number of physical branches.
