Unisys adopts Microsoft Teams to streamline calling and collaboration, saving $1 million

Unisys, a global technology solutions company, used a combination of tools for conferencing and collaboration, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

However, employee feedback revealed that switching between applications was time-consuming and inefficient.

The company evaluated Teams for conferencing, chat, and collaboration and found the feature set comparable to Zoom, with a few added benefits. Teams also brought Unisys new features like Microsoft Whiteboard and Microsoft Power Platform.
