The kit supports automatic configuration out of the box via Windows Autopilot with Autologin for Teams Rooms. Once components are physically connected and powered on, the system auto-configures, requiring only a Teams Room account login to initiate setup, eliminating the need for manual programming or complex adjustments.

Configuring Your Audio Ecosystem

The kit includes a Windows-based Teams Room Compute with pre-installed IntelliMix Room DSP software, optimized for Shure’s audio ecosystem, such as the MXA902 Ceiling Array Microphone and Loudspeaker. This pre-configuration ensures immediate compatibility and delivers high-quality, AI-enhanced audio (echo-free, noise-free, and reverb-free) without additional setup.

It provides all necessary components—compute, touch panel, network switch, cables, and accessories—for power and connectivity, ensuring a complete, plug-and-play solution. It integrates seamlessly with Shure’s Microflex Ecosystem and third-party Huddly AI-powered cameras, which feature automatic participant framing for enhanced video experiences.

IT teams can monitor and manage the system remotely via ShureCloud, Microsoft Teams Admin Center, and Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal. This allows real-time provisioning, control, updates, and support, streamlining workflows and ensuring compatibility with enterprise IT platforms.

AI Smart Collaboration Spaces

Intellimix is Certified for Microsoft Teams, ensuring compliance with Microsoft’s standards for compatibility, performance, and security. This certification guarantees smooth integration into Teams environments, enhancing reliability for AI-driven tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, which relies on clear audio for accurate transcription and voice recognition.
